Health & Performance Workshop
Hands-on event that delivers host selected content over a 1 to 5 day period.
Highly experienced and qualified instructors follow a systematic Be-Know-Do approach that guarantees attendees’ hands get dirty while better retaining key concepts.
Workshops can be combined with web based content, app based training, and/or organizational consulting.
Any Given Day has conducted workshops with 1st Special Forces Group, The Marine Corps Basic School’s Force Fitness Instructors, New Mexico National Guard’s H2F Program, and CalFire’s Peer Fitness Leaders.
On behalf of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), Nate Palin has also delivered workshops to Anaheim Fire, Fort Carson Army units, Fairfax County Fire & Rescue, FDNY Fire Academy, and the Royal Netherlands Army.
