The AGD Health & Performance Workshop is a fully immersive in-person course that ranges from 1 to 5 days. Content is selected a la carte from an extensive topic menu by the host organization and delivered to attendees who learn multidimensionally within student, athlete, and coach perspectives.  

• Student - receive traditional classroom instruction (learn by observing)

• Athlete - be coached in a topically relevant setting (learn by doing)

• Coach - play roles as a situational leader (learn by teaching)

Instructors are chosen based on their command of the content and relevant cultural competency. They possess extensive experience, education, certifications, and qualifications, and are approved in advance by the host organization. 

The AGD Workshop is not rigid and dogmatic. Its intentional flexibility best supports the highly variable reality of attendees and the organizations they represent.

Any Given Day has conducted workshops with 1st Special Forces Group, The Marine Corps Basic School’s Force Fitness Instructors, New Mexico National Guard’s H2F Program, and CalFire’s Peer Fitness Leaders.

As an instructor for the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), Nate Palin has also delivered tactical strength and conditioning (TSAC) workshops to Anaheim Fire, Fort Carson Army units, Fairfax County Fire & Rescue, FDNY Fire Academy, and the Royal Netherlands Army.

Workshops can be combined with web based content, app based training, and/or organizational consulting.
